This is an amazing feat but the Mom is so disrespectful to her husband and just a snotty spouse in general I wouldn't have given her the time of day. I would think that people would be interested in this together and they are so not together in this idea, why bother saving money if they treat each other so crappy and tolerate the treatment?

OKAY PEOPLE! THIS IS THE GROCERY STORE KROGER. AT 5:47 DISCUSSING THE POTATOES THAT .99 PRICE ONLY APPLIES WHEN U PURCHASE OTHER ITEMS THAT R LISTED ON THAT RED TICKET IN ORDER TO GET THE DEAL & ITS USUALLY ITEMS THAT ARENT ON SALE &MULTIPLE ONES. EX, THAT STICKER WILL SAY PURCHASE 3 BOXES OF WHATEVER @REGULAR PRICE U GET THOSE POTATOES FOR .99. Y DO U THINK 3 PRICES R THERE 4 1 ITEM?1.69 IS THE PRICE U PAY WITH UR SAVERS CARD &1.49 IS THE PRICE U PAY WITH THE CARD. SHE FAILED TO MENTION THAT!!

moral of the story, the more you are strapped, the fatter you get. I guess it's because you can't afford healthy, nutritious stuff when you are strapped. On the other hand, if you are financially sound, you can get nutritious food and also tend to exercise more.Michelle, stop clipping grocery coupons, get a gym membership

@xbiomusicologyx You are not making no profit - the store sends those coupons to the manuf. and gets that money plus and handling fee back (ie, a $.55 coupon, the store gets back $.63 cents.) If anything the manuf. loses money, not the store. Unless it is a store coupon in which case, they put it out there. And the same for doubling, coupons don't need to double, stores put that in their policy to get more business. Not everyone who shops with coupons saves so much so they get more $ @ end

@leacin2006 Online coupons will still double if they have a 5 at the beginning of their barcode, so long as your store doubles them. This just means that the company doesn't pay the store the doubled amount.

I asked at a local grocery store and they do not take more than one coupon for an item like she uses.... i wonder what store she shops at.......
